SEND
Hello, I am Mrs Langridge and I am the Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCO) at Ospringe CE Primary School. I have been at Ospringe for 4 years and have the pleasure of working alongside many children and families. My role is to ensure that children with additional needs are nurtured so they can grow and succeed in all areas of their lives. I work with all the adults in school, following nurture principles so that we can:
- support all children through many changes in life
- understand that whatever their age, all children are at different stages in their development
- help each child to find their voice and listen to them
- understand that a child's behaviour is telling adults how they feel
- be a safe and calm space
- help all children to feel happy and healthy in mind, body and spirit
